Check-in time: after 3pm.

Check-out time: before 10am.

Observatory Retreat is a no-smoking property.

We do not accept pets.

Parties or events are not permitted.

We require a security deposit of £750.

We allow 5 hours cleaning at the end of your stay. If further cleaning is required, this will be chargeable to you.

Guests should make a good effort to tidy the property at the end of their stay and follow our check-out requirements.

Guests should take all reasonable and proper care of the property. All furnishings and fittings should be left in the same state of repair and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning.

Guests shall not carry out any activity on the premises which causes a nuisance or annoyance to the owner or adjoining properties, including loud noise.

We have the right to refuse any booking before we send you your written confirmation.  As soon as you receive your confirmation, please let us know if any details are not correct.
