Check-in: after 3pm | Check-out: before 10am

House Rules

• Maximum 7 guests

• No smoking, pets, or parties/events

• Please take care of the property and leave it tidy

• No loud noise - respect our neighbours

• Do not move furniture

Security Deposit

£750 security deposit required. This covers any damages, excess cleaning, phone charges, and incorrect waste disposal.

Cleaning

5 hours of cleaning is included at the end of your stay. If further cleaning is required, this will be charged from your deposit. Please follow our check-out guide and make a good effort to leave the property tidy.

Woodburning Stove

Please use the logs and kindling provided (more can be found at the back of the Garden Studio). Sweep out once cold and leave tidy.

Bookings

All guests must sign our rental agreement and pay the security deposit before the booking is confirmed. We reserve the right not to confirm any booking until these requirements are met, and to refuse any booking before written confirmation is sent.
